2. From constant overcommitment to intentional choices
The challenge
Marion was juggling a successful consultancy, several voluntary commitments and an entrepreneurial project that she felt deeply passionate about. Although she knew where she wanted to invest her energy, she found herself constantly pulled in other directions.
She came to coaching hoping to improve her time management so she could make more progress on the work that mattered most to her
What we discovered
As we worked together over a number of months, it became clear that the real challenge wasn't managing her diary. It was understanding the patterns driving her decisions.
Instead of simply reorganising her schedule, we untangled the beliefs and habits that kept her overcommitted and struggling to prioritise her own goals.
The outcome
Once she had greater clarity about her priorities and healthier boundaries, Marion was able to make difficult but important choices about where to invest her time and energy.
She began stepping back from commitments that no longer served her, protecting time for her own project and giving greater attention to her health and wellbeing.
Rather than feeling constantly torn between competing demands, Marion was able to devote proper time and energy to her entrepreneurial project and win funding that allowed her to forge ahead.

"I no longer feel pulled in every direction. I make decisions with much more confidence." - Marion
